About CIPcity

Five years ago I ran into a problem that many parents know well. I watched my son spend more and more time out on the street, and find less and less of the kind of environment that helps a child grow, along with fewer strong mentors.

That is when I understood something simple: if we do not build the right environment for our children, someone else will build it for them.

That is how the first group of children came together. We started with sport. Then came chess, Korean language study, and creative and educational programs. Little by little, parents, coaches, teachers, professors, and specialists from many fields began to join the project.

That is how the idea of CIPcity was born.

Our mission is to build the community of the future, where children and teenagers grow up physically strong, intellectually developed, and morally mature.

We believe that education, upbringing, and sport are the three pillars a strong society is built on.

At CIPcity a child can meet mentors, discover their abilities, gain practical skills, find their calling, and prepare for adult life.

We are not building simply a development center.

We are building a city of opportunity, one that shapes the future leaders of families, businesses, community organizations, and their country.

Programs

Our programs are built around the everyday needs of people making a life in Korea: learning the languages that open doors, helping young people grow through sport and movement, exploring creativity through the arts, and coming together across cultures. Each one is a place to connect, not just a class to attend.

Community & Events

Community is where everything connects. Through the year we gather for language exchanges, sports days, arts workshops, cultural festivals, and casual meetups where newcomers and longtime residents share the same table. Voices From Our Community

  • Working at our Center brings genuine professional satisfaction. The schedule is sensibly structured: it gives energy for creative work without any sense of overload.

    The support from management is especially valuable. They do not simply assign tasks, they help solve them: promptly, competently, and with a real understanding of what teaching work involves.

    Our students are bright and distinctive. They sometimes need a special approach, but that is exactly what makes the work engaging. Seeing them overcome difficulties and take joy in their own achievements is the greatest reward a teacher can have.

    Overall, I am convinced that the combination of well-designed working conditions and a lively team atmosphere creates an ideal environment for high-quality teaching and professional growth.

  • Huge thanks to Alexey, Zhanna and the whole CIP team for organizing the family festival and for the chance to be part of it. Putting on an event of this scale is far from easy: it is a real undertaking that takes time, energy and attention to countless details.

  • For a long time I searched for a drawing teacher for my children, specifically one trained in the Russian school of art. After classes based on the Korean system, my children’s interest faded quickly, but here everything changed.

    Now they look forward to every lesson, come home inspired, and keep drawing and creating on their own. For me, that is the best sign that they have found something they truly love.
